Driver's License Hearings Filing Information

*Electronic filing is not currently available for driver’s license hearings.

All filings related to driver’s license hearings should be delivered to the State Office of Administrative Hearings via United States Postal Service mail or fax.

All USPS mail submissions should be sent to SOAH’s Austin office location.

Fax submissions should be sent to the Driver’s License Hearing fax number for the SOAH office location to which the case is assigned.
